Hairdressing chair with adjustable backrest

Good: price/performance, the lifting hydraulics and the adjustment of the backrest work perfectly. The upholstery and the artificial leather are well made and have no annoying smells. The chair can definitely withstand 90kg. The delivery was also ok at around 5 days. Bad: The cardboard material was too weak for the weight of the chair (33 kg), so the box was torn during transport and the base had some dents as a result. Almost all of the screws on the chair were loose, some of them considerably loose, and need to be tightened before using the chair. The included open-end wrench is suitable as a toy but not as a tool. The "operating instructions" only contain an exploded view of the chair but no instructions on how to use it. UPS as a delivery company is unsuitable because such a heavy package requires a hand truck, which UPS apparently doesn't have. The package is thus pulled on the straps that enclose the package. This will cause damage to the box.
