The bain-marie works with the convection principle: a heating element heats the water between the device and the GN containers and transfers the heat to the containers. This allows you to not only effectively heat even delicate dishes, but also to keep them warm over a long period of time without the risk of burning.

The heating container is particularly impressive because of its large filling volume. The 5 GN containers (GN 1/2) with lids hold a large amount of food that can be heated or kept warm at the same time. This can save you a lot of time, which is particularly advantageous when you are preparing food for large events or during peak times in restaurants, canteens or hotels.
