The commercial burger maker RCHM-100 is easy to operate and allows you to work quickly and efficiently. You can create delicious burgers out of minced meat, fish or vegetables - there are no limits to what you can do!


The container is filled with the necessary ingredients, which are then formed to create a compact burger-patty. Thanks to the exact form of the patty-squeezer, each burger-patty made from the same amount of ingredients is exactly the same and has a diameter of 100 mm. The meat stays perfectly juicy.


The casing of the patty-maker is made from anodised aluminium. The foil holders and containers are made from high-quality, robust stainless steel. Because of the elaborate design and professional construction, the commercial burger maker RCHM-100 is very robust and durable, even with intensive use.


For making the burger-patties, cellophane foil with a diameter of 100 mm is used. The foil holder keeps the foils safe and is placed in a way as to enable a quick and efficient operation. Thanks to the foils, the burger-patty does not come into contact with hands or the machine itself, which makes the whole process highly hygienic.


The professional device is operated with a simple lever mechanism. The expansion chuck is pulled from the container through lifting the main lever. The container is then filled with the meat or other ingredients. Lowering the lever pushes the expansion chuck down and forms the burger. The burger can be easily removed from the machine with another lift of the lever. The meat stays perfectly juicy.


All the component parts of the commercial burger maker RCHM-100 are easily accessible and can be quickly and efficiently cleaned with the usual detergents. Thanks to its compact size, the machine is a space-saver and can be placed upon all kinds of surfaces because of its non-slip rubber knobs.
