In the food service industry, the space above the espresso machine is often insufficient for a permanent supply of clean, preheated cups. The cup warmer is a practical and inexpensive solution. You can preheat mugs and cups quickly and easily so that hot drinks stay warm longer when they are served. Pre-warmed dishes can bridge the time from preparation to serving and reduce stress in commercial kitchens.
The mug warmer has two thermostats for heating the two separately adjustable heating levels. The device has a total output of 140 W and reaches a maximum temperature of about 55 °C to optimally heat the dishes inside. Special air ducts in the restaurant cup warmer's storage areas ensure that the heat is evenly distributed throughout the device.
The top of the cup warmer can be used as an additional storage space where you can store more cups or saucers and have them ready to hand when you need them. Three handsome edge brackets ensure that your dishes are safely stored on the upper shelf.
Due to the high-quality stainless steel casing, the cup warmer is not only easy to clean, but also looks great in commercial kitchens. The interior of the cup warmer is also made of stainless steel and has one shelf. Both levels are the same size and each offer space for 36 cups, for a total of 72.

I gifted this to a friend who has opened a café. Keeping food warm is often down to ensure cups and plates are pre-warmed. So as this holds both cups and plates, it's excellent. Not boo bulky and efficient to run and helps make every cuppa and hot foot item as good as it can get.
Correct temperature, reliable - recommended! Only the shipping with DPD didn't really work.
