The RC-OF04 filling funnel from Royal Catering enables easy and precise dispensing of sauces, liqueurs, toppings and the filling and decoration of chocolates, pastries or desserts. Thanks to the practical mechanics of the funnel and the high-quality material, this kitchen helper is particularly suitable for bakeries, confectioneries and kitchens.
Practical and well thought-out kitchen utensils from the catering supplies of Royal Catering
The three supplied filling tips with diameters of 4, 5 and 6 mm always ensure the best and finest success with any liquid consistency. Choose the appropriate sieve flow depending on the type of product, e.g. a thick layer of topping or a subtle touch of sauce to a restaurant dish. The pastry filler is also suitable for portioning ganache as well as chocolate and fine purees, i.e. all homogeneous, flowable masses.
What is special about this chocolate filler is the simple yet precise way in which the dispensing opening works. With the help of the lever attached to the ergonomic handle, which you can operate with your thumb, you can lift or lower the centrally-placed rubber stopper at will, thereby opening or closing the outlet opening. This means that filling or decorating can be interrupted and resumed at any time without wasting the filling.
The stand included in delivery is ideally suited for setting down or temporarily storing the filling funnel. A drip tray keeps the work table clean. It also makes filling the 1,8 L funnel considerably easier, as it rests securely on the stand and won't tip over.
