I have to say about the popcorn machine: I'm pleasantly surprised, or actually I have to say, it makes popcorn as good as I expected! However, there are a few things to consider here and also some circumstances that I have to criticize: 1. Operating instructions included in the delivery: There is an operating manual included in the delivered package, but this is not a real operating manual but rather a safety data sheet. It does point out that you should scan the QR code to read the detailed usage and safety instructions, but if someone doesn't have the internet, they are left without instructions, so to speak. But you definitely have to read these before using the machine! There is also a sheet included that advises you to remove the transport tape from the stirring arm before use - but it is much more important to point out that the machine must be run for 30 minutes without filling for the first time so that the initial fumes from the Teflon coating can escape when used for the first time ! Ventilate well! Only then can the machine be used to make popcorn! 2. Preparation of popcorn: Preparation according to the instructions is almost perfect, but the following should be noted: The instructions say: "The HEAT button should be set to the ON position, then you can fill in the oil and wait for approx. 5-6 minutes until it is heated." I recommend waiting until the oil begins to steam and almost smoke, which was the case for me after just 4 minutes. "Then switch the TURN button to the ON position and add the corn kernels (if necessary also a little sugar) and close the lid." Yes, you can do it, I waited 2-3 seconds after adding the grains before adding the sugar, divided into 2 portions for the left and right side of the pot! This means the whole pile doesn't lie in one place and the stirring rod can distribute the sugar better. "The pot must be emptied and the heating turned off when the frequency (approx. 2-3 seconds) of the grains bursting decreases." This means that if you wait so long that grains still burst every 2-3 seconds, then it is too late. That's what happened to me. The result was that sugar burned into the pot the first time. So when the thunderstorm subsides (a noticeable end to a lot of bursting, not enough), immediately switch off the heating (let the turn continue to run), wait a moment and then empty the pot. This made perfect popcorn for me and nothing burned. Regarding the burnt pot, I have to say that the customer service was very polite and understanding, so that I received a new inner pot immediately after my complaint (replacement only with electrical knowledge!) If you take this into account, the machine works perfectly and you can look forward to very tasty popcorn. One more thing: I actually recommend using popcorn oil - mine was rapeseed and grapeseed oil with natural butter flavors...simply delicious! Good luck if you choose this machine!

Wow, the price-performance ratio is right here. A robust machine that really conjures up popcorn in no time. Keep warm function. Easy, self-explanatory operation. Nothing sticks because the pot is coated. Easy to clean. Popcorn tastes like in the cinema. However, the machine is heavy, so it should have a permanent location.

With the School PTA we decide to invest in a good size Pop Corn machine to raise money for our School at our Summer Fair and across other events during the year, and was such a GREAT IDEA!! Pop Corn stand was the most popular, we did not stop the machine for almost 3 hrs as we have constant customers asking for our pop corn, the capacity of the machine was good for our use, as we never had a queue forming, was easy to use and withing 2 mums we managed to serve over 400 buckets of popcorn.

After 14 days of irregular operation, now our review. The machine makes a very valuable impression. All side surfaces are made of glass. Neatly screwed together with metal angle elements. The lid is also made of metal. All in all, there is nothing negative about the first impression. The pot is coated on the inside and, like everything else in the interior, is very easy to keep clean. No long wait for delicious cinema popcorn. The operating instructions provided are understandable and everything described can be easily implemented. My conclusion: highly recommended!

With this machine you can make popcorn like in the cinema in 3 minutes. 150g is enough for 2 people, we just used more sugar, it wasn't sweet enough. The first machine was broken. The exchange was quick. Nice customer service.

According to support, the device is not suitable for making popcorn with sugar like in the cinema. The sugar goes up in smoke and burns. Who needs something like that?

I love this popcorn machine. Firstly it was delivered ontime and its makes good popcorn without the pot burning. Easy to clean machine and super quality machine. Will recommend this anyway anytime
