Machine received in 2 separate boxes!!! Everything seems to be in good condition (no broken windows), what remains is the assembly of the trolley!!... And to test the machine. Little extra: the machine can be placed on a table without the trolley!!

The delivery was as fast as it was advertised. The cart and the popcorn machine came in 2 different boxes and both of them were well secured. However, the extra fuses came inside a small plastic bag and one of they were broken. It would be better if they were put in bubblewrap. Fortunately, they are just extras. We are very pleased with the product. It heats up quickly and makes popcorn in big batches even faster. Easy to use. Looks fantastic. There are a few things I would like to highlight: There was no manual on how to put the cart together. Luckily, it was straight forward and easy, still it would be nice to have a manual. Cleaning the machine is relatively easy but there are hard to get to areas where you need a small brush or something to clean it. All in all, the machine is great and I would recommend it to anyone!
