A drip tray captures excess fluid and ensures a clean workplace. The food-safe, BPA-free, polycarbonate containers are health-safe and able to withstand extreme temperatures. So far I have nothing to complain about. If the instructions are followed, the device works as it should. Compared to the more expensive competition, it even looks better and is quieter. We'll see how long it lasts.

The machine came very well packaged, the box was also packed in a wooden box. No damage, a few replacement seals and lubricants were included. If you set up the machine correctly, it works really well.

Very well packaged...really safe transport. The machine does what it promises and really enriched our celebration. The best thing in hot temperatures...it definitely wasn't the last time. Cleaning is also relatively easy.
