The SBS-MD-4 pinpointer metal detector from Steinberg can detect objects at a depth of up to 10 cm. A further advantage is the 360-degree scanning range of its search coil. The device has a high-quality pinpointing function, guaranteeing precise tracking. Searching in the dark is also not a problem, thanks to its integrated flashlight.
The detector alerts you to the distance from the object using LED lights, a signal tone, and vibrations. The alarms increase in intensity based on the proximity of the target. The LEDs indicate how far the metal is from the detector – they begin to glow when the detector nears a metal object, and glow brighter as it gets closer.
A great deal of care was put into constructing the metal detector to enable perfect and trouble-free searching over longer periods. I bought this without having a clue what to use it for. I just liked the look of it. There I was on top of ladder fitting lamps. I lost I screw and it fell into the summergrass below. Normally the screw would have been lost, but it took me less than 3 min to find it using this.

Nice pinpointer for the price, the scissors can find all kinds of metals However, it sometimes results in bibs with a single bib without any metal nearby (turn off and on again and the pinpointer is ready again) Not bad for the price;-)
