Customer services was very helpful and quick when I discovered there was transit damage. The product itself I thought could be a little better made. The leg exercises are at the top end of the machine, but I guess it works okay. But can be moved to the bottom end in the normal place. The pull cord exercises, I could not understand how to use! There is no manual I could see on how to use it.
