This product is perfect for a home gym because: -Thanks to powder-coated steel construction it is very durable - It will not damage Your floor because of the non-slip feets - It is very easy to set up (it took me literally 5 minutes ) -It enables a wide selection of exercise variations and it is very easy to adjust the angle of incline of the backrest and the seat.
This multifunctional bench is the best fitness equipment for my home gym. The adjustable sit - up bench enables a wide selection of exercise variations for the entire musculature. The intensity of a workout can be easily and quickly adjusted nine ways. Sometimes I use it with my resistance bands to add variety to my workout. I'm very satisfied with this product and I would highly recommend it. It is ideal for a gym and for a home gym, if you want a super-effective workout in the comfort of your own home.
