good material

Former retired professional, I am satisfied with this tempering machine, it is a shame that there are no replacement tanks of a larger size, the thermostat adjustment is reliable and allows great precision, you must however be vigilant between the temperature of the bain-marie and the actual temperature of the chocolate.
