The RCFW 140-850ECO meat mincer from Royal Catering's butchers equipment is a practical, easy to use tool for food processing. The meat mincer can be used commercially such as in butcher shops or restaurants as well as privately at home.
The high performing 850 Watt motor effortlessly powers the device required for shredding. With appropriate energy consumption, the meat mincer can process up to 140 kg of food per hour. Special ventilation slots on the side of the unit ensure sufficient ventilation during performance peaks.
The RCFW 140-850ECO electric meat mincer from Royal Catering's gastronomy product range stands out through its high durability and particularly high quality workmanship. The stainless steel casing and parts are considerably more stable than parts made of lower quality steel.
The various accessories are suited to production possibilities for your own hamburgers, sausages and other meat products - but also for a variety of other foods such as tomatoes, pasta, chillies or dried fruit. The large meat tray and the plastic slider allow you to work with ease. You can easily press food into the insertion slot. Sausage production from processed meat is no problem with the nozzle attachment included in delivery.
With every rotation, meat is effectively pushed against the sharp cross blade via worm shaft - and subsequently pressed through the perforated disc. The holes with a diameter of 6 or 8 mm supply evenly minced meat mass, which can optimally be used for further processing.
The unit can be switched on for continuous use on position 1 via the rotary knob. It also has a return flow function, to relieve any stuck food and push it out. Therefore, you do not have to dismantle the unit to remove food if it is blocked. This allows you to save time and money.
Disassembly and cleaning is quickly carried out thanks to the meat mincer's well thought out and advantageous design. Important hygienic standards, which are required for food processing are therefore ensured. Various cleaning and care products designed for food processing units can be used for cleaning. With skid-proof rubber feet, the meat mincer stands stably on every surface.

The meat grinder has been put into use and is of good quality. The structure is solid and functional, completely different from what is sold in supermarkets, the professional device came to my home and I am satisfied. The delivery was fast, as was the delivery of the products I had previously purchased from this seller. I can warmly recommend it!
