At a duty cycle of 60% the welder is powered by up to 250 A for MIG/MAG welding. The power for MIG welding can be regulated down to 194 A and at 200 A you can weld without breaks. For WIG welding and MMA welding, a welding current of 230 A is reached. At a duty cycle of 100% you can weld with 178 A.

TIG/MIG and MAG welding require a protective gas. Inert gases, such as argon and helium, as well as active gases (for example carbon dioxide) and other mixtures can be used. The solenoid valve regulates the flow of gas. The valve is operated via a button on the torch.

For plasma cutting, a gas is required with which the molten metal is blown away from the work surface. Compressed air is a common solution for this. For this purpose, the plasma cutter has a compressor connection.

This device works with a 3-phase connection (400 V +/- 10 %).


A non-contact high-frequency ignition in TIG mode ensures a cleaner weld starting point.

The time after the weld is finished in which gas continues to flow from the torch; this cools the burner and protects the weld from oxidation.


Start the weld by placing pressure on the torch button. Stop the process by releasing the button.


By pressing the torch button the solenoid valve opens. allowing the gas to flow in. The gas pre-flow ignites the arc at the pre-set current. Releasing the burner button initiates a rise in the current to that of the pre-set welding current. The welding process stops once you press the burner button again.

Through automatically boosting the tension at the ignition of the arc, this function facilitates the electrical arc ignition. After ignition, the unit automatically returns to the pre-set voltage.

Leider wird eine unzureichende Bedinungsanleitung mitgeliefert. Auch die PDF Anleitung ist verwirend, leider einfach mangelhaft.
Das MIG-Schweissen ergibt akzeptable Ergebnisse.
