The free-standing convection oven from Royal Catering provides efficient air circulation for fast and even frying, baking, grilling or roasting. The convection oven is perfect for a variety of foods and is ideally suited for use in restaurants, cafeterias, bistros, cinemas, petrol stations or in private households. Thanks to its small dimensions, it increases cooking capacity without wasting valuable space.
Professional countertop oven from Royal Catering's catering equipment collection
The heating element operates at 1,600 W power, while a circulating air heating system ensures fast and even cooking. Above all, convection makes it possible to cook different foods at the same time without having to turn or change the trays. The table top oven has a capacity of 12 L and is equipped with a thermostat which can be set between 50 and 220 °C. You can quickly select the optimum setting thanks to the three functions: Defrost, Keep Warm and Dehydrate, as well as the 13 programmes: Fries, Chicken Wings, Steak, Fish, Vegetables, Popcorn, Chips, Chicken, Cake, Rotisserie, Pizza, Toast and Cookies. The integrated timer can be used if desired and set to between 0 and 60 minutes. All settings of the mini oven are operated via an intuitive touchpad with LED display.
The interior of the convection oven is made of high-quality stainless steel which is neutral in contact with food and is both particularly robust and easy to clean. The heat-resistant glass door enables you to monitor the cooking process, and the separately controlled interior lighting offers an attractive presentation of the goods in the small oven. The countertop oven comes with a versatile handle, an oven rack, a baking sheet, a rotisserie and a drip tray.

The biggest surprise is that the oven exceeded our expectations. It turned out to be better than a conventional oven. Very good fish, vegetables, potatoes, toast. Good easy-care stainless steel surface.

I recently bought it and I'm so glad I found it. Attractive design, works perfectly, the programs and the oven lighting are very good. Some advice on what and how to prepare it would be nice.

It works really well, you have to be careful because it goes very fast and everything looks good. Put the pizzas on the bottom because they are made a lot on top and little on the bottom, otherwise it is luxurious

Simply exceptional device. Highly recommended! It is essentially a small ventilated oven with temperatures of its bigger 60cm brothers, with shelves arranged at various heights and a rotisserie. It reaches temperature very quickly. I added an (extra) drum to complete the cooking system. It almost makes you forget the traditional oven.
