Given the advertised quality of the product and the price compared to the competition (especially since I got it on sale), I was still skeptical and I admit to having hesitated for a few days. What made me take the plunge was ultimately the reputation of the site and the brand which are well rated. And I might as well say it right away, I am very satisfied with my purchase in the end. To start with the product itself. It arrived well packaged, on time, it is not damaged and works perfectly. The machine is made of stainless steel, and easy to use, the exterior appearance is really high quality and it weighs its weight. I can't say anything about the lifespan at the moment but having consulted expert sites on the subject before purchasing, it seems that there is no real difference at this level between the semi-pro machines. In any case, there is a guarantee if necessary. Now the most important: does it make good coffee? Well it will depend on the coffee beans you buy, the way you adjust the grinder (it takes a little practice to find the right dosage like on all machines of this type) and also your level of requirements. . Like everyone, I have already drunk an espresso in a bar, and the quality of my homemade espressos is comparable, which corresponds to what I was looking for. In its current state I can only recommend this espresso machine.

I ordered the RC-BCPM01 espresso coffee maker on “a whim”, because it is relatively alone in this price range to offer an espresso, a grinder, with a stainless steel coating. After a few days, in impatience, I went to read the reviews, and to my surprise a lot of negative ones. I was scared and regretted my order. But in fact the machine arrived quickly by chronopost. When unpacking, the machine looks good, we are particularly surprised by the percolator lever, heavy and in professional format. The machine heats up quickly, you can quickly brew your coffee or draw hot water. The grinder side is perfect for having freshly ground coffee, an essential element for a good espresso. Oddly the technical sheet of the site does not mention it! In short, at this price, for an individual who wants good coffee but who doesn't have €600 for other brands, you can treat yourself. It's very good value for money. In addition, for this type of machine, it is not very noisy and does not vibrate much! Some will regret that there are no pressurized filters. In truth, this type of filter only gets clogged and delivers coffee to you when it wants and not when you want it. Also, I am very satisfied with the classic espresso filters (which require some time to adapt the molding, and the pressing to produce a good espresso. Some will regret the absence of a manual). In short, in this price range at this quality, it's the only one, and it does it very well! To see over time now [use filtered water!]. I ordered this machine 6 months ago. For my part, I was satisfied. First of all from the delivery service, then from the aesthetics of the machine. Small downside I find that the temperature of the coffee is insufficient. After 6 months I encountered a problem with the grinder which remained blocked (probably a residue in the coffee). Unable to release it myself, I contacted Expondo who was great in activating after-sales service. So I had to send the device for repair at no cost to me. So far, so good. Except that when the after-sales service (from the manufacturer) returned, the machine was poorly packaged and it was badly damaged with the broken water tank and shocks everywhere during the repair. In short, I refuse the product returned to me and contact Expondo who offers me a credit, an exchange of the same product for new or a partial refund and the bin changed. I chose a new product. In the end, a very good service from Expodo in the event of a problem, I hope not to have any problems especially with the after-sales service of the manufacturer who apparently does not know how to repair... I still give it a rating of 4/ 5 for the price I think it does the job.
