Can the oven be switched on if the countdown timer is deselected? Is the model available double or two storey?

The oven works wonderfully, it takes about 20 minutes to heat up. I use it mainly to make bread and I get some great loaves. The pizzas come out super crispy and very good.
It's the product I've been waiting for, finally. I've been making bread for a few years and I'm often disappointed by the results, but the pizza oven has changed everything. Pizzas,flammekuech, breads, pies and other gratins are mine. Tomorrow I'm making stuffed tomatoes and with the heatwave I wouldn't have turned on the kitchen oven, but with its 21 kilos I'm putting the mini-oven on the terrace.

Excellent stone that does not attack and a good quality/price ratio... recommended oven... the only flaw is the temperature which only reaches 300 degrees....
the oven works correctly. I am still disappointed because the product that has arrived does not correspond to the description on the site. The one that was sent to me reaches 300 degrees when the description said 350 degrees. Unfortunately, that is not a small difference when we talk about cooking pizza, where high temperatures are needed. Otherwise it works well and you can cook different things, like bread too.
