While one or two neighbors use an accelerant to heat up their charcoal grill an hour in advance - to the delight of their neighbors... - I use the contact grill. It is ready for use within 10 minutes of switching on at the latest, and I can use the grill to cook sausages, baguettes, steaks or even fried vegetables for 6 people without any problems. And cleaning really takes no time at all - if you compare it to traditional grilling on an open fire. ...and the price-performance ratio is unbeatable! At home it is used at least twice a week - often every day in summer. We no longer need a pan or frying fat for bratwursts. And on Sunday morning we have bacon and baguettes with cheese - and it's tidied up again straight away - when I think about how much space was needed for grill charcoal etc....
