In the spacious baking chamber of the RCPO-2000-60-1 pizza oven, you can prepare one pizza with a diameter of up to 60 cm or two smaller pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm. Professional pizza oven that satisfies every pizza craving

Baking pizza is all about the right temperature, which is why you can separately control the top and bottom heat in the chamber from 50 to 350 °C using the control knobs. This ensures a thin and crispy crust on the cordierite baking plate and juicy toppings on which the mozzarella gently melts. The chamber has space for one 60 cm pizza, or you can make multiple mini pizzas.

The baking chamber quickly reaches and safely maintains the desired temperature thanks to a heating element with a total of 2,000 W for top and bottom heat. Set the desired baking time to the minute with the help of a timer. The cordierite floor ensures optimal heat distribution on the pizza dough and guarantees the unmistakable flavour of a stone oven pizza. The chamber provides enough space to place the pizza in the oven and comfortably remove it using a pizza shovel. The stylish glass window and interior lighting allow you to continuously monitor your pizza.

The free-standing professional pizza oven is powered by a 230 V power supply. Four rubber feet give the oven the necessary stability without damaging the surface below. The heat-resistant handles allows you to open the pizza oven door safely. PRO TIP

Wenn Sie einen perfekten Pizzaboden herstellen wollen, sollten Sie den Teig mindestens 8 Stunden, vorzugsweise über Nacht, stehen lassen.
