Royal Catering's RCG 60H2 double electric grill is a professional cooking appliance designed for hotel restaurants, cafés, fast food restaurants, catering companies, but also for private use. Grilling anything from eggs to sausages, bacon, pancakes, toast or even chips is child's play with this griddle. If you need to prepare breakfast menus, grilled sandwiches, French toasts, tortillas or cooked ham, this device is ideal. Thanks to its light weight of only 35 kg, you can easily transport the griddle - so, regardless of whether you need it indoors or outdoors, we've got you covered.

The double electric grill RCG 60H2 from Royal Catering for your catering needs

The electric grill has a width of 60 cm and is fitted with both a side and rear splash guard with a height of 7 cm. This protects your grilled food not only from wind and heat loss, but also prevents it from falling down or grease spattering your equipment. The grill is made of high-quality stainless steel and is thus protected against corrosion, easy to clean and neutral in contact with food.

The 10 mm thick grill plate is made of steel and helps quickly lead the warmth forward from the heating elements to your meals, all the while maintaining its temperature. The plate is 60 x 54 cm large, so that a lot of food can be grilled at the same time; not to mention, its smooth surface renders it very hygienic. Its high-quality material prevents any heat-related distortions to our catering grill.

The fully automatic thermostat ensures that the temperature is kept constant. Thanks to the two powerful heat zones that work with 3.200 watts each, this electrical double grill plate reaches operating temperatures between 50 and 300 °C conveniently fast; you can adjust the temperature steplessly via the two handy knobs. Furthermore, different temperatures can be set for both heating elements so that you can both fry your food and keep it warm, depending on your needs.

The electric grills from Royal Catering provide increased safety. Therefore, the devices are all equipped with overheating protection. When the temperature is too high, this protection will automatically interrupt the power supply, thus preventing the device from overheating. The green light indicates equipment activity, whereas the orange one indicates the heating process. The red light is turned on if the grill overheats.

The efficient grease removal ensures that you will have no problems cleaning this device. Additionally, the RCG 60H2 electric double grill is fitted with a removable grease tray, onto which any excess drippings flow through a drain device. This drip tray can be easily removed and cleaned in the dishwasher. Lastly, the device boasts remarkable stability thanks to its height-adjustable non-slip rubber feet, thereby also protecting your working surfaces from any scratches.
